“In 15 years in the professional world, I can't say there is anyone I've enjoyed working with more than Kevin. His ability to motivate, trust, and inspire confidence in those around him has created a work environment that every organization should strive for. One of Kevin's most impressive qualities/skills is his ability to assemble, manage, and execute ideas that require the buy-in from multiple parties that all generally have very different metrics, ideas, and visions. He always finds a way to seamlessly lead these charges, while maintaining a high level of motivation and excitement from all involved. His uncanny ability to make everyone feel trusted and capable truly elevates the individual and overall performance of any team he is a part of. Because of these qualities, Kevin is not only one of my favorite people to work with professionally, but has developed into what will most certainly be a lifelong friendship.”

“Kevin is the ultimate team captain. He has the unique ability to motivate by example - through his own determination, work ethic, skill, and perseverance. People aspire to be like Kevin. Whether it is at work or in the field, he is an excellent decision maker and his intuition and instincts are founded on his proven experience. When Kevin makes a suggestion or shares an opinion, it is rooted in logic that should be trusted and heard. I believe he is the most convincing person that I’ve had the pleasure to work with, and he has the skill to turn a room of enemies into friends. I spent years working on a team with Kevin, and his talent, character, and reliability is unmatched. He is a world class leader, co-worker, and human being that any team would be lucky to have.”

“A referral for Kevin landed in my inbox from an industry friend 5 years ago, and thankfully so. It took about 30 seconds upon meeting to know that this was the guy we wanted to represent the First Lite brand and build our community relationships. After he accepted the position but before he had started, I recall being at Sheep Show in Reno and having at least 3 people stop me and tell me what a great move it was to bring him onboard. And considering we snagged Kevin out of the beer industry at the time, I couldn't really believe that throwing him to the wolves in the hunting industry would possibly meet our very high expectations. There's some personality formula there but I don't know what it is. Firefighting and elk guiding experience meant this guy would put in the hours, the sweat, the work. And he spoke the language of a technical hunting brand. A big family and bigger group of friends proved that he could and would befriend just about anyone, no matter how "big name" they might be or if it meant he identified an opportunity with a relative unknown, and would be a regular invitee to their own family dinners in short order. Quite frankly, Kevin overdelivers. He prides himself on his work, his reputation, his relationships and his management of people. And at the end of the day he's damn fun to work with and he makes those around him better at their jobs. I'm lucky to have worked with him for so long and I'd love to pass it on by being the next "referral" for whatever Kevin deems exciting enough to do next.”
